This report updates the World Bank’s analysis of the global aid architecture,which had previously been provided in three reports between 2007 and 2011. Itbroadens the focus from Official Development Assistance (ODA) to all public and private sector financing to developing countries. It does so by complementing for the first time data reported by official donors to the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC) and Creditor Reporting System (CRS) with data reported by recipient governments to the World Bank Debtor Reporting System (DRS).
